- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and egg to the yeast mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until a soft dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread raspberries evenly over it.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over the raspberries and roll the dough tightly.
- Slice the rolled dough into 12 pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
