- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peanuts
- Graham crackers or pretzels for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Once firm, roll the cheese ball in crushed peanuts to coat.
- Serve with graham crackers or pretzels for dipping.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use creamy peanut butter.
- Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
