Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, toss cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the tomatoes are blistered and caramelized.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and reserve some pasta water.
- Add the roasted tomatoes to the pasta, along with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
- Toss everything together, adding reserved pasta water as needed to create a sauce.
