Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sausage and cream cheese until well blended.
  3. Add the drained Rotel tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, and biscuit mix to the bowl.
  4. Mix all ingredients until fully combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
