Description

Delicious salted caramel cheesecake bars with a creamy filling and a buttery crust, perfect for dessert lovers.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Stir in the vanilla extract and half of the salted caramel sauce.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let cool, then drizzle with remaining salted caramel sauce and sprinkle with sea salt.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
