Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour and powdered sugar.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg whites until foamy, then gradually add granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the egg whites gently.
- Divide the batter into two bowls, tint one red and leave the other white.
- Pipe Santa faces onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then let cool.
- Fill with buttercream frosting and assemble the macarons.
