- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the mini peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix the cooked sausage with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Stuff each mini pepper with the sausage mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden brown.
