- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch with a little water.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp and vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
