- 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
- 8 oz lump crab meat
- 1 can flaky biscuits
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir in the diced shrimp and crab meat until well combined.
- Prepare the biscuits by flattening each one slightly with your hands.
- Fill each biscuit with a generous tablespoon of the seafood mixture, folding the edges over to seal tightly.
- Arrange the filled biscuits seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brushing the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
