Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, deveined and peeled
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 1 can flaky biscuits
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and chopped green onions in a mixing bowl. Stir in the diced shrimp and crab meat until well combined.
  3. Prepare the biscuits by flattening each one slightly with your hands.
  4. Fill each biscuit with a generous tablespoon of the seafood mixture, folding the edges over to seal tightly.
  5. Arrange the filled biscuits seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brushing the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
