Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Place the turkey thighs in the slow cooker in a single layer.
- Pour the glaze over the turkey thighs, ensuring they are well coated.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6-8 hours, or high for 4-5 hours, until tender.

Notes
Make the glaze ahead of time for better flavor. You can substitute chicken thighs or drumsticks. Honey can replace maple syrup.
