  • 1 can (20 oz) pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place the pork loin in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the pineapple chunks (with juice), soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork loin in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pork is tender.
