- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
- Pour in the melted butter, crack in your egg, and add the vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Press half of the mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the crust.
- Crumble the remaining dough over the chocolate and marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a vegan version, use coconut oil instead of butter and replace the egg with a flax egg. You can also customize by adding peanut butter chips or nuts.
