Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour in the melted butter, crack in your egg, and add the vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  4. Press half of the mixture firmly into the bottom of your prepared baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the crust.
  6. Crumble the remaining dough over the chocolate and marshmallows.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares.

Notes

For a vegan version, use coconut oil instead of butter and replace the egg with a flax egg. You can also customize by adding peanut butter chips or nuts.
