- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup milk or dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Make the crust mixture by combining melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish evenly.
- Layer the chopped chocolate pieces over the crust.
- Spread mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until marshmallows are golden-brown.
- Cool completely in the pan and then lift out using parchment edges, slice into squares.
