Description

Delightful layers of graham crackers, rich chocolate, and gooey marshmallows combine into an irresistible candy bar, evoking sweet nostalgia and comfort.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  3. Make the crust mixture by combining melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  4. Press the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish evenly.
  5. Layer the chopped chocolate pieces over the crust.
  6. Spread mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until marshmallows are golden-brown.
  8. Cool completely in the pan and then lift out using parchment edges, slice into squares.

Notes

For a twist, consider adding crushed pretzels or drizzling caramel on top before serving.
