S’mores Lasagna

Description

An indulgent no-bake dessert that layers the classic flavors of s’mores into a creamy, delightful lasagna.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups chocolate pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl until resembling wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  4. Whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk in another bowl until well combined.
  5. Pour half of the pudding over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Sprinkle half of the mini marshmallows over the pudding.
  7. Add a layer of whipped cream on top of the marshmallows.
  8. Repeat the layering process with the remaining pudding, marshmallows, and whipped cream.
  9. Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding layers of peanut butter or drizzling melted caramel over the dessert.
