Description

Spicy Buffalo Chicken Sliders are the perfect game day snack, combining tender chicken with a zesty buffalo sauce, served on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Place the slider buns on a baking sheet and layer the buffalo chicken on the bottom half of each bun.
  4. Top the chicken with ranch dressing, shredded lettuce, and pickles.
