Description

Spicy Korean Tofu Wraps are a delicious and healthy dish that combines marinated tofu with fresh vegetables, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup cucumber, julienned
  • 1 cup carrots, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the pressed tofu into strips and marinate in a mixture of gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Spread the marinated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  5. Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and baked tofu on each tortilla.
  6. Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, then roll up the tortillas tightly.
  7. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add sliced jalapeños to the wraps.
  • These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
