Spicy Korean Tofu Wraps are a delicious and healthy dish that combines marinated tofu with fresh vegetables, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a satisfying meal.

- 1 block firm tofu, pressed and drained
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the pressed tofu into strips and marinate in a mixture of gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread the marinated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the wraps by placing lettuce, cucumber, carrots, and baked tofu on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds, then roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra spice, add sliced jalapeños to the wraps.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
