Ingredients

- 2 Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Red Chili Pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and chopped red chili pepper; sauté for about one minute until fragrant.
- Introduce the chicken breast pieces to the pan and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine soy sauce and honey; stir until blended.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and toss well to coat evenly.
- Add in the chopped basil and stir to combine.
- Serve hot, ideally over rice or noodles.
Notes
Marinade chicken up to 24 hours in advance for deeper flavor. Serve with steamed jasmine rice or sautéed vegetables.
