Sticky BBQ Pork Ribs are tender, flavorful ribs coated in a sweet and tangy barbecue sauce that will leave you wanting more.

- 2 racks of pork ribs
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- In a saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat over medium heat until warm.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and brush them generously with the BBQ sauce mixture.
- Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake the ribs uncovered for an additional 20-30 minutes, basting with more sauce halfway through.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the spice mixture overnight.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the BBQ sauce to your liking.
- These ribs can also be cooked on a grill for a smoky flavor.
