Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 cup ground meat (beef or chicken)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash them and let cool.
  2. In a skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add ground meat and mushrooms, cooking until the meat is browned and mushrooms are soft.
  4. Mix the meat mixture with the mashed potatoes, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
  5. Form the mixture into patties.
