Ingredients

  • 1 large round bread loaf
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, scallops, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the hollowed bread loaf with the seafood mixture.
  5. Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the bread is golden brown.
