- 1 large round bread loaf
- 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1 cup scallops, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside, leaving a thick shell.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, scallops, cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the hollowed bread loaf with the seafood mixture.
- Place the filled bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and the bread is golden brown.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
