- 6 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Peel the hard-boiled eggs and set them aside.
- Combine apple cider vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Add jalapeños, black peppercorns, and garlic powder into the brine.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Place the peeled eggs in a clean jar and pour the brine over them.
- Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least three days before enjoying.
