Ingredients

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  6. Layer the frozen tater tots over the beef mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
