- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag of frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Drain any excess fat.
- Combine the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Layer the frozen tater tots over the beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
