Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just incorporated.
- Divide the turkey mixture into four equal portions, roll into balls, and flatten into even patties.
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.
- Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together creamy peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and sriracha. Gradually blend in warm water until smooth.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading peanut sauce on the bottom half of each bun, adding a turkey patty, extra sauce, and toppings, then closing with the bun cover.
- Serve immediately with extra peanut sauce on the side.
