Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a cupcake tray with your favorite liners.
- Beat the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then pour in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and milk to the wet mixture, alternating between the two.
- Spoon the batter into the liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool in the tray for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Frost or enjoy plain once cooled fully.
Notes
