- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup fresh raspberries (plus extra for garnish)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend the fresh lemon juice, granulated sugar, fresh raspberries, and 1 cup of cold water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher.
- Add the remaining 3 cups of cold water to the pitcher and stir well.
- Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Fold 1 cup of the lemonade mixture into the whipped cream.
- Serve over ice and top each glass with the whipped mixture and garnish with raspberries and a lemon slice.
Notes
Make the lemonade base ahead of time and whip the cream just before serving for optimal freshness.
