Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine ½ cup heavy whipping cream and ¼ cup pink lemonade mix. Use a hand mixer to whip until soft, fluffy peaks form (about 2–3 minutes).
  2. In a tall glass, stir together 2 tablespoons of pink lemonade mix with 1½ cups of cold water until smooth.
  3. Fill the glass with ice to chill the drink.
  4. Spoon the whipped pink lemonade topping over the lemonade base.
