Instructions

- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed cookies, cream cheese, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the melted white chocolate into the cookie mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Roll the truffles in sprinkles to coat them.
- Place the truffles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until set.
