Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1 cup cowboy caviar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, cowboy caviar, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, lime juice, and salt and pepper.
- Mix everything until well combined.
- Place the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape it into a log.
- Wrap the log tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
- Once set, remove the wrap and place on a serving platter.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or vegetables.
