  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar

  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  2. Season the skirt steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for 3-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  4. Make the chimichurri by whisking parsley, cilantro, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
