Instructions

  1. Whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk in a large bowl until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping gently using a spatula.
  3. Layer half of the eclair shells in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Add half of the banana slices over the shells.
  5. Pour half of the pudding mixture over the bananas and shells.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining shells, banana slices, and pudding mixture.
  7. Frost the top with chocolate frosting or glaze.
  8. Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 240 minutes, or ideally overnight.
