Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Prepare the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the crescent dough and pinch the seams together to create a single sheet.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
- Distribute the blueberries generously over the cream cheese layer.
- Roll it up tightly from the long side to form a cylinder.
- Slice into 1-inch pieces with a sharp knife.
- Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet, leaving space between them.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon together, then sprinkle over the rolls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
