- 1/4 cup warm milk

- 1/4 cup butter, melted

- 1 cup cooked ham, diced
- 4 large eggs, scrambled
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup hollandaise sauce
Instructions
- Activate the yeast: In a large bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and instant yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add the melted butter, flour, salt, and garlic powder to the yeast mixture. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise in a greased bowl covered with a kitchen towel for about 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick.
- Add the scrambled eggs, diced ham, and shredded cheese as fillings.
- Form the rolls by tightly rolling the dough into a log and slicing into pieces.
- Second rise: Place the rolls in a greased dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish with hollandaise sauce right before serving.

Make-ahead: Prepare the dough overnight and refrigerate before the second rise. Customize by adding vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
