- 4 Soft Pretzel Buns
- 1 lb Savory Sausage (pork, turkey, or plant-based)
- 6 Eggs
- 4 strips Bacon
- 4 slices Melting Cheese (Cheddar or American)
Instructions
- Heat your skillet over medium heat. Add in the savory sausage, breaking it apart as it cooks until browned and fully cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Whisk together the eggs in a mixing bowl until light and frothy. Pour the eggs into the skillet with the sausage and stir gently as they scramble for about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Fry the bacon in a separate pan until crispy, then set aside on paper towels.
- Slice the pretzel buns in half. On each bottom half, layer the sausage, scrambled eggs, cheese, and bacon.
- Assemble the sliders and place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes to melt the cheese and toast the buns.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For best results, preheat your oven before assembling the sliders. You can make the sausage and eggs ahead of time and store them overnight. If short on time, use an air fryer for quicker results.
