Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Assemble the sandwich by placing two slices of bread on a clean surface, buttered sides facing down. Layer ham, turkey, and cheese between them, then top with the other slices of bread.
  4. Cook the sandwich on the skillet until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side. Press down gently with a spatula.
