Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced summer squash and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
