Description

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Coarse salt for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
  2. Pour in the warm water and melted butter, stirring until a rough dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the dough rises.
  6. Punch down the dough, divide it, and shape each piece into a roll. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
