Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- Coarse salt for topping
Instructions
- Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
- Pour in the warm water and melted butter, stirring until a rough dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) while the dough rises.
- Punch down the dough, divide it, and shape each piece into a roll. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Cover the rolls with a towel and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
