- 1 can of cinnamon roll dough
- 1/2 cup of crushed cookies and cream cookies
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese frosting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your dough package, usually 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the dough by unrolling it on a floured surface and flattening to about half an inch thickness.
- Apply melted butter evenly over the dough.
- Make the filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed cookies in a bowl.
- Spread the filling mixture over the buttered dough.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-inch sections.
- Arrange the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with cream cheese frosting while still warm.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling rolls a day in advance and refrigerating them overnight. They can also be reheated in the microwave for a quick treat.
