Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can of cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/2 cup of crushed cookies and cream cookies
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions on your dough package, usually 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the dough by unrolling it on a floured surface and flattening to about half an inch thickness.
  3. Apply melted butter evenly over the dough.
  4. Make the filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed cookies in a bowl.
  5. Spread the filling mixture over the buttered dough.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log shape and slice into 1-inch sections.
  7. Arrange the rolls in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Drizzle with cream cheese frosting while still warm.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling rolls a day in advance and refrigerating them overnight. They can also be reheated in the microwave for a quick treat.
