Description

Ingredients

  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, diced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups pasta sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until they reach an al dente texture, then drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crispy bacon, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and half of the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until fully combined.
  4. Gently stuff each cooled pasta shell with the chicken mixture, ensuring they are filled generously without overflowing. Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the pasta sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, then top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize the filling with sautéed veggies or different cheeses. Make-ahead by storing the stuffing in advance or assembling and refrigerating overnight.
