- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 6 slices crispy bacon, diced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups pasta sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until they reach an al dente texture, then drain and set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crispy bacon, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and half of the grated cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until fully combined.
- Gently stuff each cooled pasta shell with the chicken mixture, ensuring they are filled generously without overflowing. Place the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the pasta sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, then top with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to customize the filling with sautéed veggies or different cheeses. Make-ahead by storing the stuffing in advance or assembling and refrigerating overnight.
