- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Diced Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/2 cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
- 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer the mixture into your baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the surface is golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
You can prepare it ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For a lighter version, replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
