Description

A creamy and indulgent dip with jalapeños, cheese, and crunchy panko, perfect for gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Diced Jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/2 cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, diced jalapeños, and crumbled bacon in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
  3. Transfer the mixture into your baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the surface is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Notes

You can prepare it ahead of time and refrigerate before baking. For a lighter version, replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
