- 100g Feta cheese
- 2 slices Hearty bread (sourdough or whole grain)
- 1 Avocado (optional)
- Cherry tomatoes, spinach, or arugula (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Crumble the feta cheese into a mixing bowl.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the crumbled feta to the skillet and let it sizzle until golden brown.
- Crack the eggs over the feta and cook until the whites are set and yolks are runny (about 3-4 minutes).
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the eggs and feta on toasted bread, topped with avocado slices and fresh veggies if desired.
Notes
