Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Fresh Parsley, Chopped (for Garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) while you prepare the chops.
  2. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  4. Sear the pork chops for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove the pork chops and set aside on a plate.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring constantly.
  8. Return the pork chops to the skillet, spooning the sauce over each piece.
  9. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pork reaches 145°F (63°C).
  10. Serve hot with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the pork chops for a few hours before cooking and consider using different cheeses if desired.
