- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 flour or corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While the shrimp cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Warm tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
- Serve immediately.
