Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine shrimp with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. While the shrimp cooks, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and honey in a bowl to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Warm tortillas slightly in a skillet or microwave.
  6. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
  7. Serve immediately.
