- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
- 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Olives (Kalamata or green)
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil until shimmering.
- Season the chicken breasts with minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden-brown and cooked through (165°F/75°C).
- Add in cherry tomatoes and olives in the final minutes of cooking.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Serve with a dollop of tzatziki sauce and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
