Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Ingredients: In your large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir this mixture expertly.
- Season the Mixture: Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour and Spread: Transfer your mixture to the greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Top it Off: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese generously over the top.
- Bake to Perfection: Place your dish in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
- Let it Rest: Once out of the oven, allow the casserole to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
