Description

  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the Ingredients: In your large mixing bowl, combine the frozen hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir this mixture expertly.
  3. Season the Mixture: Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour and Spread: Transfer your mixture to the greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top it Off: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese generously over the top.
  6. Bake to Perfection: Place your dish in the oven and bake for about 45 minutes.
  7. Let it Rest: Once out of the oven, allow the casserole to sit for about 5 minutes before serving.
