Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat together until creamy and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in the flour, milk, and vanilla extract until the ingredients are well combined. The texture should be smooth and thick.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&M’s, ensuring even distribution without damaging their shape.
- Spoon the cookie dough mixture into cupcake liners or silicone cups, pressing down gently to fill each cup completely.
- Melt the chocolate melts or chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short bursts of 20 seconds, stirring frequently until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the top of each cup, ensuring even coverage.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set fully.
