  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them thoroughly with the marinade.
  4. Allow the chicken to sit for about 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Arrange the halved potatoes on one side of a baking sheet, placing the marinated chicken on the other side.
  6. Pour any leftover marinade over the chicken.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes to roast the chicken and caramelize the potatoes.
  8. Add the green beans to the baking sheet and toss everything gently.
  9. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
