Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • 6 oz raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the crushed pretzels, sugar, and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until blended and press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. Bake the pretzel crust for 10 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.
  4. Mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping gently.
  6. Dissolve the raspberry jello in boiling water and let it cool slightly.
  7. Add the fresh raspberries to the jello, if using.
  8. Pour the jello mixture over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  10. Serve chilled, cutting into squares.
