S’mores Popcorn Balls

Ingredients

  • 6 cups popcorn (air-popped)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the mini marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the popcorn into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn.
  5. Toss in chocolate chips and crushed graham crackers, mixing gently.
  6. Cool the mixture slightly, then form into balls.
  7. Place the popcorn balls on a lined baking sheet and let set for about 30 minutes.
