- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Mix together the flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cream the softened butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well and add vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour mixture with the butter mixture, alternating with the whole milk.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely and use a fork to poke holes over the surface.
- Prepare the milk mixture by combining sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla extract and pour over the cooled cake.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and spread over the cake.
- Add fresh berries on top if desired.
- Serve chilled for the best experience.
